How are my goods packaged?

We take great pride in the way we package your items when dispatching. For orders that are large gifts, we use a simple, yet strong, external box. The void filler is made from organic, recycled or CFC free Styrofoam. In some instances we will use recycled air packs. For small, robust items, we use a high quality padded bag.

Due to our commitment to the environment and to reduce costs, we do select appropriate boxes for recycling. This significantly reduces the amount of waste we generate and makes a big part of our company environmental policy. If you do specifically want your items sent in a new box then please state this when placing your order.
